Membership Agreement: All Access Math Hub

Effective date: 1/1/25 

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Mathometry LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our membership site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

  • The Company provides access to a collection of math teaching resources, including math centers, games, puzzles, explorations, tools, projects and other materials for educators. All materials are in the form of PDF downloads.
  • Membership is available as either a Bi-Yearly Subscription or an Annual Subscription.
  • Members receive full access to all current and future resources on the membership site for the duration of their active subscription.
  • Resources are for personal and professional use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with non-members.
     

2. Sharing of Log-In Details

  • Each membership is for individual use only. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing their log-in credentials with other educators, colleagues, or any non-member.
  • Sharing log-in details violates this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your membership without a refund.
  • The Company actively monitors for account sharing to protect the integrity of our membership community.

3. Payment Terms

  • Bi-Yearly Subscription: You will be billed $60.00 every 6 months.
  • Annual Subscription: You will be billed $100.00 every 12 months.
  • All payments transactions are secure and encrypted.

     

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available as members gain immediate access to the full library of downloadable materials upon joining.


5. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at anytime by following these steps:

    1. Log into your account using the email and password you used when you signed up. 
    2. Click your profile icon in the top navigation and go to Settings.
    3. Open the Billing section and click to Cancel the Subscription.
    4. Confirm cancellation.

    After you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Members agree to use the resources exclusively for educational purposes in their classrooms or personal teaching practices.
  • Members shall not:
    • Share, distribute, or sell any materials from the membership site.
    • Use the resources for commercial purposes outside of their personal teaching context.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Site and any and all materials Mathometry furnishes through the Site are the sole property of Mathometry and are protected to the fullest extent possible by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No part of any materials and content, digital or otherwise, may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means except as noted below.

You may print copies of resources on this Site for individual classroom or personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, retransmitting, distributing, publishing, commercially exploiting, or otherwise transferring any such materials in any format or medium whatsoever without written permission from the owner of this website. Linking directly to our download files online is prohibited. 

8. Termination of Membership

The Company reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for violations of this Agreement, including misuse of resources, nonpayment, sharing log-in details, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of resources in improving educational outcomes. Members agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of membership resources.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or site announcement. Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Any use of the Site including but not limited to posting, distributing, or otherwise making available any content or materials (including but not limited to text, graphics, video, software programs or audio) must be lawful and you expressly agree to avoid any use that is potentially or actually unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, regulation or judicial ruling. You shall not post content or materials that generally contain advertising or any form of commercial solicitation. You shall not falsely claim to be or represent any third parties including but not limited to Mathometry personnel or another user or subscriber. Whilst using the Site, you shall not violate copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights or attempt to do so. 

12. PRIVACY

Mathometry will collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Site.

13. LINKED SITES

Mathometry is not necessarily affiliated with Web sites which may be linked to or from the Site (the "Linked Sites") and is not responsible for their content. Links from the Site to the Linked Sites are for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. Mathometry accepts no responsibility for any liability that may arise from your use of a Linked Site.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

It is hereby acknowledged that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
