If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, email associated with your account, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We strive to continuously improve our offerings and appreciate your feedback to help us better serve our members.

Refunds will not be issued for subsequent months after the initial 7-day period, as members have full access to our downloadable resources and materials during this time.
Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing - either in your account setting or simply by writing to us at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership site and its resources until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
